Crystallizing female beauty, idealizing an archetype, even when it is only hinted at by an imprint on the wall almost like the casts of Pompeii or the shadows of Hiroshima.
A memory of beauty appears and then vanishes like a fresco slowly losing its colors on the wall of an ancient residence.
Beauty and emotionality manifest themselves as melancholy, as an estrangement.
